With stunning views overlooking the Swiss Alps, the 5,500 sq ft residence includes its own spa and wellness suite, home cinema and a beautiful show kitchen complete with pizza oven. Superyachts
Richly layered and intricately detailed, this private yacht embodies understated, contemporary luxury maritime design. In close collaboration with Ferretti Group and Fraser Yachts, KPL is delighted to present the recently completed bespoke superyacht project – a 32-metre Custom Line 106. Inspired by the sea’s graceful flow and balmy Mediterranean nights, Katharine has created a yacht interior like no other – one that places opulence and functionality at the heart of its impeccably designed interiors.

Notting Hill Home
This imposing seven floor, double-fronted, Victorian Villa on one of Notting Hill’s prettiest and most exclusive streets was recently extended to include three subterranean basements, giving an overall footprint of 20,000 sqft. Completely transformed in five months for an international client hoping to create a ‘home for life’, the impressive architecture is a captivating backdrop to an original and contemporary luxury interior design. The timelessly elegant proportions of the large entrance hall, grand drawing room, library and sweeping staircase impress on entry, which Katharine’s team of interior designers and architects continue in the design of the Notting Hill project’s large spa, pool, games room, gym and garden. Enhancing the design of this luxurious, ‘one-of-a-kind’ interior, Katharine has commissioned many notable pieces from leading European ateliers, craftsmen and artists that effortlessly complement the intrinsic grandeur of the townhouse’s interior.

Millbank Heritage Apartment
With a spectacular view of the Thames and breathtaking original details, this Grade II-listed apartment in the historical Millbank district has been transformed into a majestic central London home. Years of planning have resulted in a wonderful open-plan living space set against floor-to-ceiling windows, with original features of walnut panelling, parquet herringbone flooring and carved door frames retained. This duplex features a 43ft colonnade terrace, and delicately moulded plasterwork on the 17 ft ceilings. These all form the backdrop for the work from some of Britain’s finest ateliers – sculptural chandeliers in hand-blown crystal and patinated bronze, hand-embroidered drapes adorn the four-poster bed and silk wallpaper, whose delicate beaded feathers reference the peacock motif on the building’s exterior façade.

Forter Castle
This magnificent 450 year old Scottish castle has been lovingly and painstakingly restored by the father-daughter duo to its former glory making it one of the most luxurious, yet historically accurate castles in Scotland.Following a two year renovation period, Katharine completed the interior design and careful restoration of each of the rooms of Forter Castle, incorporating antique and historical touches to create a quintessentially Scottish feel. Katharine’s use of Baronial-style furniture, rich fabrics and warming finishes ensure the modern ‘creature-comforts’ added to give guests a truly luxurious experience, blend seamlessly with the Castle’s impressive 16th Century architecture. Reflecting the stunning surrounding Glenisla scenery, Forter Castle is the ultimate example of a truly luxurious, inviting and comfortable interior set in a magical, historic castle.
