Olana, Naples Florida
An extremely high detailed 3D real-time digital twin was created for presentation in the sales gallery via iPad casting a bespoke sales journey on large format 4K screens. Special features such as day and dusk mode were also created to give prospective buyers a true sense of what living in the development would feel like, from morning coffee watching the sun rise to evening sundown on the west facing balconies.

One Wall Street, New York
A mix of over 500 studio to 4 bedroom condominiums, One Wall Street is an extraordinary New York development with an enviable address. COMO produced a bespoke 3D web-based residential sales platform enhancing global presentations of the unique condo opportunities. The system had a highly complex integration with the commercial teams CRM system, allowing for super tailored presentation and access control across a large broker team.

ULYSSIA
ULYSSIA is a 320-metre ultramodern super yacht. COMO was selected by ULYSSIA Residences AG as the creative technology partner for the creation of their Digital Twin. This partnership will enhance prospective customers' understanding of this one-of-a-kind residential yacht.

Le Provençal, France
Le Provençal is a former luxury hotel being transformed into a collection of 39 magnificent residences. COMO created a highly detailed 3D interactive residence finder for presentation within the marketing suite on a large format 4K touch screen. In addition, a 3D web app for agents was produced for presentation remotely, along with a customer-facing version that could be shared via a bespoke private link.

Bankside Yards, London
COMO's focus was to produce a market leading residential sales and marketing system, but also enable commercial teams to explain the future story of the development as a whole, from key ESG messaging and future phases across office, retail and leisure. A detailed high fidelity native 3D system was produced for use in the marketing suite along with a web-based system for use outside of the sales gallery and for sharing details with prospective buyers.
