Set on the island of Brickell Key, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, marks the next chapter of the brand’s legacy as its North American flagship. The location offers a rare balance of sanctuary and connection with unobstructed waterfront vistas and tranquil design, yet just moments from the cultural and cosmopolitan energy of Miami.


Noë & Associates redesigned Surface Magazine—redefining ‘The American Voice of Design’—and for the subsequent two and a half years, designed every issue and art directed every photoshoot. Working with CEO Marc Lotenberg, our rebranding and magazine design repositioned the publication as the authoritative voice in American contemporary design.


Aman Residences represent a complete immersion in the Aman lifestyle. Created in partnership with some of the world’s most visionary architects, the Residences offer their owners all the beauty, simplicity, and personal attention of an Aman resort, balanced with the perfect seclusion of a private home in some of the world’s most remarkable locations.






In May 2019, Architectural Digest launched “Behind the Design,” a series of documentary-style videos that dive into the detail of some of the design world’s most important homes and studios. A creative collaboration between Architectural Digest and Noë & Associates, “Behind the Design” includes Danish architect Bjarke Ingels’ studio in New York, designer Bunny Williams’ home in Connecticut, Joseph Dirand's apartment in Paris, and Atelier AM's home in Los Angeles. All films are produced, directed, and edited by the Noë & Associates content team.


Noë & Associates are proud to have partnered with Jumeirah to support the relaunch of their brand through a custom film projection on the Burj Al Arab, global campaign concept, content strategy, art direction, photography, and film.
Celebrating the brand’s origins and rich culture of hospitality, the campaign has been designed to inspire a new perspective of luxury, welcoming the next generation of discerning traveller with warmth, generosity, and joy.



Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills was both the brand’s first ever standalone residential project, and its inaugural entry into the Los Angeles market. Conceived in partnership with Nahla Capital, and crafted by Thomas Juul-Hansen, these 17 residences were designed to offer true ‘estate living’ in this unique and storied neighborhood.
Our challenge was to identify and celebrate the unique truths of this development and its location, while translating the essence of Rosewood into a residential context. Without a hotel attached, what should the narrative be around the brand’s signature attributes and renowned commitment to personal service.




We were were tasked with creating the name, brand strategy and identity, and the overall marketing communications strategy and subsequent campaigns to launch Mareterra to the world. The project includes 6 residential offerings by some of the world’s most accomplished architects including Renzo Piano, a retail district, public park, Alexander Calder sculpture plaza, marina, and public walkways.

Natalie leads the London studio, overseeing all projects and consulting with clients to ensure their successful delivery. With over 20 years of experience in the luxury sector, Natalie has worked across residential, hospitality, lifestyle, and fashion industries globally.
Head of Design, Barry leads the design team and manages the creation and development of brands, working with cultural institutions, fashion brands, architects and property developers. Barry’s recent projects include Rosewood Residential, NEOM, Mareterra Monaco, Jumeriah, Human Race, Aman Residences and Warldorf Astoria.
Tim leads Strategy at Noë & Associates. Having worked for both boutique and global agencies over the past 15 years, he is an expert in solving a range of client challenges, with a focus brand positioning, messaging, portfolio architecture, and engagement.
Stephen is a seasoned Creative Director with over 20 years of experience spanning the realms of art, commerce, fashion, and technology. His work is characterised by a celebration of difference, consistently challenging expectations to craft memorable and meaningful experiences.
