With years of working together before founding Studio Odey, our team blends creative trust, technical mastery and cultural understanding to craft architectural stories that resonate across markets.
The Sky Villas is the latest offering at the renowned Jesolo Lido Design District near Venice, Italy. ‘Il Design District’, as this luxury residential destination on the Adriatic coast has become known, was initially conceived by its visionary developer, RIV, together with Richard Meier & Partners, over 20 years ago. Studio Odey created the branding, still & animated CGI, and digital & print collateral design.

Potsdamer Platz (formerly the Sony Center) is an architectural masterpiece in the heart of Berlin, Germany. Built in 2000 and designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn, this 113,000 m2 mixed-use building complex is benefitting from a €300 million reimagining led by Oxford Properties. Studio Odey has been involved in this project since its inception. We began by creating bespoke CGI marketing images and animations to bring to life Oxford Properties' vision for this cherished Berlin landmark, and we’ve been helping to drive momentum and interest in the development ever since.

Kevin has over 20 years of brand strategy and creative marketing experience and has worked with many renowned developers and architects on landmark projects around the globe. Prior to a career in real estate, Kevin lectured in English Literature and Philosophy, which is still something he enjoys doing from time to time.
With 13 years of consumer-centric marketing expertise and a strong background in the CPG sector, Gemma brings a fresh perspective to the property world. At Studio Odey, she helps clients uncover new ways to engage audiences and drive growth — blending data-driven strategy with brand-building storytelling to craft campaigns.
